Dan is the Vice President of Maintenance at Vantage Aviation, where he serves as both the FAA Part 135 Director of Maintenance and the Accountable Manager for the Part 145 Repair Station. With over 25 years of experience in aviation, Dan offers a deep well of technical expertise, regulatory insight, and leadership in both aircraft maintenance and customer-focused operational strategy.
Over the course of his career, Dan has led business aviation OEM service centers and directed nationwide maintenance operations for floating fleet Part 135 operators, overseeing up to six maintenance hubs across the U.S. His blend of hands-on technical acumen and strategic leadership has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, safety, and full regulatory compliance in demanding aviation environments.

A 13-year U.S. military veteran, Dan brings the discipline, precision, and integrity forged during his service into every aspect of his leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a premier institution in aviation and aerospace education.
