As the Human Resources Manager at Vantage Aviation, she leads all HR functions—from recruiting and employee relations to compliance and culture-building—ensuring both the company and its people are set up for success.

Before joining Vantage Aviation, Morgan was the Regional HR Manager at Maxxon Corporation, where she supported multiple locations and helped strengthen HR processes across the board. Prior to that, she spent eight years with Contour Engineering, LLC, where she not only led the HR department but also played a key role in several business acquisitions throughout the Southeast.
